Call from Patent Mediation and Arbitration Center (PMAC)

Vacancy Notice for the Patent mediation and Arbitration Centre’s (PMAC) List of Mediators, Arbitrators and Experts.

Following the initial call for expressions of interest, the PMAC is launching this second call with a view to further completing and strengthening its list of neutrals, in accordance with Article 35(4) of the UPCA and the Selection Criteria adopted by the Administrative Committee of the UPC on 2 July 2025. The call is open to all candidates who meet the selection criteria, regardless  of nationality.
